Finally, we've made it to New Zealand! Wow, this has been a week of "firsts", some good and some bad.
1. Leaving someone at the airport. Well, if we needed to learn the lesson of calling role it was good to learn it in the begining.
2. Kaori trees. It's amazing to think that something can lie for thousands of years.
3. Tapotupotu Bay- The perfect place for a swim.
4. Ultimate frisbee. Finally, a game without a lot of rules that leaves you good and tired at the end. I'm looking forward to refining my disc skills, including the overhand pass, while I'm here.
5. Rotisserie rabbit. Uh, I hope I never see that again.
